Put one of these in my ask!
To be fair it had begun as an accident—or not quite an accident because it had been a purposeful thing, but the idea was to be helpful, not to keep drawing one or two or three of them to her. Setting out a little bit of food for strays in Twilight Town just seemed like a good idea at the time because they were all so tiny and their fur was matted and they looked incredibly sad and she couldn’t quite help herself because she really did like cats but—
Continuously returning wasn’t the problem. Honestly she was fine with feeding a few cats and letting them lurk nearby the mansion and sometimes inside of it if they could manage it. After a while she had taken to naming the little things so that she could keep them separated in her mind because they were three separate cats not just one cat that had no individuality. The problem was when more and more cats started to appear.
They came in gaggles and groups and sometimes only in pairs but after a certain point she had twelve regularly coming to her and she hadn’t had a clue that there were so many strays in Twilight Town. A sad thought, but she did try her best and some of the littler ones apparently took to wanting to follow her around everywhere, which wasn’t exactly plausible much of the time. But she amused them for it and tried to name all of them but several of them looked entirely the same and it was rather difficult.
Apparently she had become a cat lady.
So the question posed to her in a confused and concerned tone along with an almost exasperate expression about where she could have possibly gotten so many cats made her shrug sheepishly and run her fingers through her curl of hair, staring at the mob of cats trying to crowd around two dishes, before looking over at Blake. It really wasn’t a question about where, but more like a question of how they all managed to come back there at the same times every day and—surely cats had a way of communicating if they just kept coming.

”—I’m not sure…”
They were incredibly cute though, so Naminé didn’t really mind. And if Blake kept coming around because of it–well that was just a plus, she supposed.
