The cat really was rather random, and she didn’t really know what to do with it, but the fur was soft underneath her fingers and palms and when she held the cat close enough its rough tongue darted out to tickle at her nose, pulling a smile to her face. Not the worst thing in the world, considering that she did like cats.}

Because normally people didn’t just suddenly gift others with live animals, plus she had no idea if the cat was staying there or if it was going to be taken away within the next few moments.}
